Donations made to Darpan Seva Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. We encourage donors to ensure the accuracy of all details before making a donation.
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
All refund requests must be made within 7 working days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

After approval, refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
As donations are voluntary contributions, cancellations do not apply once payments have been processed. However, in cases of technical errors or duplicate payments, please contact us for resolution.
